About Skyline
A family finding its way home together.
We're a United Methodist church in Wilmington, Delaware — modern in feel, ancient in faith, and made up of people who genuinely want you here.
From a hilltop chapel to a home for the whole neighborhood.
Skyline started decades ago on a quiet stretch of Skyline Drive with a simple idea: build a church where people from every walk of life could belong.
Today, we're a growing Methodist family serving Pike Creek Valley, Wilmington, Newark, and Kennett Square — carrying that same welcome forward with contemporary worship, honest teaching, and a heart for the city.
Whatever you've heard about church, we invite you to come see for yourself.
Grace-first
We lead with kindness. Faith is a relationship, not a résumé.
All are welcome
Every age, background, and question has a home here.
Rooted in scripture
Teaching that's honest, hopeful, and grounded in the Bible.
Sent to serve
Faith should show up in schools, streets, and dinner tables.

Pastor Sean Lee
Pastor Sean has led Skyline for years with a pastoral heart, a curious mind, and a preaching style that feels like a good conversation.
He's passionate about helping people meet Jesus in a way that makes sense of their real lives — the joy, the messiness, the questions, and everything in between.
He and his family are grateful to call the Pike Creek community home.
Ancient faith. Modern voice.
We hold the historic Christian faith as expressed in the Apostles' Creed and lived out in the Wesleyan tradition. That means grace at the center, scripture as our anchor, and love of God and neighbor as the daily practice of following Jesus.
